I apologize for the delay in responding to your posting, I do not get on the boards as much as I would like lately. If possible, I would like to have a transcription of the letters for my files on the 27th Louisiana Infantry, along with the proper credit information. I received some information a few weeks ago from a gentleman in Texas who had ancestors in the regiment.
