Two members of the Benton County Home Guard are recorded as killed at Lookout Station 20 August 1861, when a Union troop train that had departed from California, Mo was attacked. Although it must have been a stop on the Pacific Railroad somewhere between California and Jefferson City, I can not locate it on old maps or references: Can anyone identify the location?
