Thank you Jim,I will look this information up.
Back to G.Grandfather Theobald Herzog-Co. F 12th Reg.Inft. mo. vols. There were two soldiers from the same Co. and Reg that signed affidavits for G. Grandmother Margaret Herzog when she was trying to get a pension in St. Louis Mo.
First one was Antony Bardol, any way thats what it looks like. Last known address was 751 S. 12th St. St. Louis Mo. Affidavit was signed in 1890.
Second one was, John Hink? Commander of Soldiers, Right Wing, of the same Co. and Reg. Last known address was 2011 De Kalb St. ST.Louis Mo. Affidavit was signed in 1890. John Hink said in the Affidaved that he knew G.Grandfather fifteen years before the war.
I would appreciate it very much if you could find something on these two soldiers for me.

Thanks for the good work you do.
