Henry Borgelt (John Henry Borgelt)

I am looking for the regiment or any information on my g-g-g-grandfather, Henry Borgelt (b. May 20, 1834) who fought in the Civil War. The only Civil War information on Henry I have was found is in a Nebraska 1890 Census which lists "Henry Borgelt" Monterey, Nebraska (Cumings County) fought 4 years in the Civil War for the United States." The story my grandmother told me was Henry, his mother and 3 siblings came to New Melle, Missouri in Nov. 1860. He was married to Louise Buenger in Feb. 1961. Two weeks after he was married a group of soldiers came by their farm with a wagon and asked for young men to fight. They took my grandfather and he came back four years later. The Borgelts moved to Nebraska in 1874. I did find information on Henry's brother John Friedrich Borgelt who was a private in the 1st Missouri Calvary Company C from 1862-1863. Is it possible Henry also fought for the 1st Missouri Calvary? Does anyone have any ideas where else I can look? Thank you for your assistance.
