Thank you so much for your help. This has puzzled me for some time now. I couldn't fgure why someone who supposedly passed away in Linn Creek would be buried as far away as St. Louis. It made no sense to me, I'm still pretty new to this. I requested forms from the sites you suggested and am anxiously waiting. Again, thank you so much for your help.
