Good post on the 3rd MSM Cavalry reorganization. When I am at the Missouri State Historical Library in Columbia researching Missouri Union and Confederate CMSR's, I frequently allow an hour or two just to read a random roll of CMSR's on the 3rd MSM Cavalry. I always find more suprises on this organization.
