Good points. The 7th Kan was a good Cav unit but it was a mistake to have them in Mo since has some Union Gens wrote the 7th cuased mor harm then good. None the less its interesting to discover the mindsets of combatents on both sides. I will in fairness have to buy Mcgorgles (sp?) book of his life with Quantrill to balance thing out.
