Neat article. I especially liked the graphics. The article ouches on the involvement of James Rollins. Some time back, Kirby Ross posted some info on the link between Rollins, the University of Missouri, and their "Tigers" nickname. Working in no small part from the information provided by Mr. Ross, I wrote an article on the topic (see link). (My hobbies include both Civil War history and college sports. There aren't many chances to combine these two, but when it comes to the MU-KU rivalry, there is indeed a link. Thus, my decision to post the article on a sports site.) I would welcome any critique anyone would care to offer on this amatuer's attempt to provide some popular history.
