There is an old book published in the 1880's called"3 and one half years in the army or the history of the 2nd Colorados" it is now online. It is a very detailed book written by a woman who accompanied her husband it might have info on the men you listed. T.J. Settles in his biography of Jesse James rated thje 2nd Colo has very effective against Confederate irregulars. The 2nd Colo had a lot more previous combat experience when they entered Mo in 1864 then other USV units such has the 1st and 2nd Ark USV. There is a 2nd Colo renactmennt group in Mo they might have info.
