Thanks ever so much for the information you sent me..Yes Shalmanezer lived in Clarence in Shelby County and is buried in the Hopper Cemetary. I did have my wife's grandfather's pension files or at least acopy of such he was Honorably discharged in November of 1862.
He was in Compant " I " of the 2nd Regiment MSM Cavalry and Company " A" of the 11th Regiment MSM Cavalry.
