Missourians (and other interested parties): Can anyone tell me the original designation (i.e., original, local name) for Co. B, 10th MO Cavalry? An SCV Compatriot of mine would like to know the local, original designation of this company, which was his GG-grandfather's company. He' looking for a name like "Capt. X's Co.," "the Missouri Fencibles," "Missouri Rifles," etc., and I can't find a listing anywhere for the original company names for this unit. His GG-grandfather was Lt. John Henry Frazier.
