Female soldier

Found this article while browsing online. Could verify P D Davis as a soldier in the 6th, but not the other name, tried Johnson, Johnston, etc

A Woman Soldier.
TO THE EDITOR: The enclosed slip was handed to me recently by a comrade, and I would be very glad to find out if there is any truth in it. The name and date of the paper are not given: "In disinterring the Federal dead near Resaca, Ga., a body was discovered which excited considerable attention from the smallness of the feet. On examination it was found to be that of a woman, shot through the head. The grave was marked 'Charles Johehous, private, 6th Mo."--P. D. Davis, Co. I, 6th MO, Bushnell, Dak
