Keith: The Compiled Service Records for the 10th MO Cav, CSA, do not contain a record for James H. Wingate, nor do I find a record for him in the Guard. Apparently he does have a record with the 3rd MO Cav, CSA, although I have not checked the CSRs as yet to verify that information.
