James Franklin Sinor, Pvt prisoner

James Franklin Sinor was a Pvt in the Confederate Army Nitrate Guard and a Prisoner of War in the Gratiot Street Prison. His name is not listed on the Graiot Street prisoner site but I have the document from the National Archives. He was captured 13 Dec 1862 in Marion Co. Arkansas and taken to Gratiot Street Military Prison,Burnett House Hospital on 31 Dec 1862 and discharge from the hospital 4 Feb 1863 in St. LOuis Mo. On 28 Feb 1863 he was transfered to Vicksburg, Miss and released from prison on 10 July 1863 after agreeing to not take up arms against the U.S.
