Allen, I have the rosters by company of this particular regiment. Company H was raised at Linn Creek, John L. Milburn is shown as enlisted at Linn Creek on March 24, 1862 and mustered out on April 17, 1865. The company was commanded by Capt. Henry D. Moore of Linn Creek who was a Physician from Green County Tenn. and lived in Webster county Bloomington, Mo. The outfit operated mostly in south central and south west Missouri garrisoning off and on places like Neosho, Springfield, Newtonia, Mt. Vernon. Paticipated in Chasing after Shelby in October 1863 and in the Price Raid 1864. If you look at the OR volumes of Missouri and look for Capt Moore you will find a number of reports by him. I have a number of orders and daybook material for the regiment but as yet have never transcribed them.
