The main battle occurred south of Liberty. From Liberty drive south on Missouri 291. At the intersection of 291 and new Missouri 210 highway go east on MO 210. Drive about 3/4 mile on 210. Turn south onto South Liberty Bend Road (gravel road) and drive about .4 mile. The battle occurred at the point where South Liberty Bend Road turns east and becomes NE 52nd Street.
