If you are talking about an official list made by the Union military and kept someplace at the National Archives and Records Administration, I don't know. I would imagine such a list exists.

I recall seeing a long list printed in the "Kansas City Daily Journal of Commerce" in their 7 June 1865 issue. It is not alphabetical, and it has only first initials and last names. I would imagine one of their reporters copied this in Lexington from the Yanks' list. There is little explanation with the list except to say it is a list of guerrillas who surrendered at Lexington to that date. Somebody estimated the list contains about 160 names, but I don't know if that is correct.

You may be able to borrow the microfilm reel via Interlibrary Loan through your local library from the Kansas City Public Library or someplace else for a slight fee, or maybe even ask them if they would shoot it for you and mail it.
