Fall 1862 Trials of POW's in Missouri

Gents, I'm looking for any transcribt of the trials of Confederate POW's in KIrksville, Aug 6th & 7th and Macon before Sept. 27th
POW's where tryed?? and convicted for parole violations at both these locations.........I'm seeking the transcribts or documents, evidence, testamony, witnesses any info. All the record show that I can find is they were convited of parole violation (judgement)
Are there supporting documents or witness claims..........they were found under arms..........did you know that you had to have an oath in your possession to carry a weapon for self protection. This yanky myth of "parole violation" will no longer hold water.
Need trial documents.....
