I have been unable to locate Thomas Lumpkin Needham on any of the Confederate Rolls. His wife drew his pension beginning in 1925 in Panola County MS. Everything I can find on him listed him as Captain. Does anyone know why he would not be listed on any of the Rolls or am I just not looking in the right place. He is a distant relative and I would love to find out more about him.
