Thanks Alan. If this is the guy I'm after, that would explain why I haven't found him. Only the guy I am after, his last name at least according to his CMSR was spelled SHELVY, not SHELVAY. If this is my guy, this very interesting. I have several copperheads, but not that were foreign born and living inthe north in 1860.
