I'm looking for any information available on a CPT Abner REED of Fern Springs Mississippi. He was a Captain in the 5th Mississippi Infantry and later was a Major in the 11th Mississippi Cavalry. He allegedly ran the store in the area of Winstonville/Fern Springs - The skillet (all are the same location).
