Hi, Lots of Womack info the book mentioned in my other post in this thread on Womacks in Yalobusha County in 1850. Womacks still live in Coffeeville, Yalobusha County, MS. Jesse Marion b Dec 27, 1829 d winter if 1864. He was the son of Asa M Womack 45 b Rutherford County TN and Sarah Patton Womack 40 b Tenn, they were married in Marion Cty, Tenn 17 Dec, 1826. Asa was born Apr 13, 1806, son of William Womack and Lucy Womack. Asa moved to the Sweden community in Marion county, Tenn 1810 to 1815, in the early 1830s they were in Jackson county, Ala. Asa died in Yalobusha cty, Mar 3, 1863. Sarah(Jan 8,1810-Jan 31, 1863) was daughter of John Patton (1787, Va- 1854/60). Asa and Sarah are buried at Shiloh Cem, several miles northwest of Coffeeville. They had 11 children, all listed in the census. Hope this helps. John
