All of this info is so awesomely wonderful and thanks so much to all of you! His daughter, Ada (or, Ader Dell), was my grandmother and I recall my dad mentioning his uncles, Wesley and Pugh. My dad was born in 1902 and so had many years of interaction with his grandfather who told him that his experiences during the War were horrible and he would barely talk about them. He did say that the troops he was with were hungry most of the time. Thanks again for all that you folks are doing on this board.
