This weekend has brought many thoughts of the War. Going through old family letters I learned R. B. Hemphill (my g grandmother was a Hemphill, R. B was her uncle) died at Franklin. I believe he was from French Camp in Choctaw Co. I watched the animated story of Franklin and would appreciate any help in identifying his unit.
