Mike: I have a listing of the CSA Deaths at Jackson, Mississippi. Wm. C. Grizell is listed in Co. F. 4th Miss. Inf. and it shows a date of death of May 20, 1863. I would assume he is buried in the Confederate Cemetery there in Jackson, Mississippi along with the hundreds of others. Tim Burgess
