Yes, it was Mitchell & he was in the 26th Miss. I have other documents that confirm it now.....Thanks for all your help... Note #..0n 26th Miss. website..it says he is buried in Ouchita Graveyard, something like that, in Arkansas.....its him....its on Find -a Grave ...picture of his tombstone & wife......the oath he signed originally,maybe was lost...who knows ?
