I assume that you are takling about William Weaver Turner , born 20 January 1844 and died 5 May 1928 in Troup County, Georgia, buried in Hill View Cemetery, in LaGrange, Troupe County, Georgia. He married Mattie Hutchins Coker, and his parents were James M Turner, and Mary J. Unknown . William Weaver and Mattie H. Coker Turner had 9 children. I at this time do not think that Perry Turner and William Weaver Turner were related. It seems that William W. family is another clan of Turner.
