On 5/14/1862 he was commissioned into "B" Co. MS 42nd Infantry
He was Killed on 5/5/1864 at Wilderness, VA

On 5/14/1862 he was commissioned into "A" Co. MS 42nd Infantry
He was Killed on 5/5/1864 at Wilderness, VA

On 5/14/1862 he was commissioned into "B" Co. MS 42nd Infantry
He died of wounds on 5/7/1864
