Go to http://mscgr.homestead.com/index.html and email Dan McCaskill. Ask him to query his database for Greene County burials. I'm sure he'll be glad to help you out.

You can also (unfortunately, by hand!) go through Betty Wiltshire's 3-volume "MS Confederate Pension Applications" series, looking for Greene County pension applications. It's time-consuming, but well worth the effort!

Finally, you can go look at Grady Howell's "For Dixie Land, I'll Take My Stand" (Volume 1), where you'll find a listing of all of the CS companies enlisted/formed in Greene County, which list you can use to further search for Greene County soldiers in grey.
