Miller for 3 years or the war, captured in actin at Gettysburg, July 1, 1863, confined at Fort McHenry, Md. July 5, sent to Fort Delaware, Del. July 6, died of Pneumonia June 27, 1865, location of grave, Jersey Shore, description on enlistment, married 34 year old Farmer, born in Tennessee, resident of Arkabutla [sp?]

* This company was successively designated as Captain Feeney's Company, and Captain Woolard's Company and Company B, 42nd Regiment Mississippi Infantry
