Brent - Can't see the card you refer to, but this is Albert G Brown who enlisted at Shubuta, April 16, 1864, at the age of 17. Looks like he is much too young to match up with the birth date on your stone, and, being still alive in 1864, and at the surrender in 1865, obviously did not die in 1862.
