He was captured at Lookout Mt., Nov. 24, '63, and sent to Johnson's Island prison in Ohio. On Jun. 13, '65 he was released upon taking the oath. On that date he is described as 31 years of age, dark hair, dark complexion, dark eyes, 5'10", a resident of Pascagoula.
