Searching for 2 troopers in Duff's Miss Cavalry

I thought I would post a question here and see if anyone can help.
I'm researching some cavalry men who served with Chalmers and Forrest in battles in N. Miss and W. Tenn. These two names were found on a list of 100 troopers wounded at the Battle of Fort Pillow, April 12, 1864. They both served in Duff's Mississippi Battalion. I have checked the NARA service records in Fold3 but I can't find any record for them. Cavalry records can be slight to nile. Also, the regiments changed names and re-organized.
I would like to find a record of their service. Also would like to see any record of their present or wounding at at Fort Pillow. [Except - I have a webpage with their names listed, so don't send me that.]

Duff's Mississippi Cavalry was originally the 19 Battalion Mississippi Cavalry and was later identified as 8 Mississippi Cavalry. Commander was Lt-Col. William L. Duff.

ROLAND, J. B. - - Private Co. I, wounded seriously in arm
WELCH, M. - - Private Co. H., slightly wounded
