I am searching for info on the Civil War,46 Regt., NC Infantry, My daughter wants to apply for college scholarships and she is a descendant of 7th Generation
for the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Her 7th generation Grandfather William D. Rudd was in the 46th Regt NC Inf. I need to send proof of this and i do not know how to find it.

Would anyone be able to guide me?
