George:

I am going to be lazy, and not give you the web address (I don't know it), but there is an on-line listing for the Confederate Section in Oakland Cemetery, Raleigh, which would in all probability include those Confederates who died in Pettigrew Hospital, and other hospitals in the city. I believe, if I recall correctly, that there is also one on-line for Wilmington.

Somewhere, in all my mess, I have a hard copy of the burials in the Confederate cemetery for Kitrell Springs, Hospital, which was located near Henderson, N.C., just below the Virginia line. I'll be on the lookout for it, but don't hold your breath. Maybe someone else can direct you to it on-line. It is a small cemetery, no more than 50 interments, if I recall.
