Interestingly in December of this year a movie entitled "National Treasure, the Book of Secrets" about the Lincoln Assination is to be released. The plot line is Treasure hunter Benjamin Franklin Gates (Cage) looks to discover the truth behind the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, by uncovering the mystery within the 18 pages missing from assassin John Wilkes Booth's diary.

I am sure that this is NOT going to be a factual movie. But it should be an entertaining movie as the first "National Treasure" movie was.

That 1st movie sponded a spinoff TV Game show which also explored little know historical sidelights. I wonder if the second movie will create a new interest in the Lincoln assination since it probably will have to question the common preceptions of Lincoln's assination?
