Makes me wonder if in the West Point Archives (which I assume exist?) there remains copies of tests relating to the Constitutional subject matter of the text and what the Point thought were true and false responses to the part about secession, or how the Point graded essays written in response to the secession portion of the text.
If that material still existed, we might learn much about how West Point grads who fought for the Confederacy were influenced at the Point.
