Just to a look at HR2933 (Civil War Battlefield Preservation Act of 2007).

What happens if the wording they're suggesting stands. i.e. striking out 2004-2008 and substituting 2009 - 2013? Doesn't that leave things at "loose ends" between now and 2009???? If so, they need to change that. Or am I sweatin' something I don't need to, again?
