I could be wrong but I have never seen a Confederate ceremony in places like Camp Chase or Elmira on Veterans Day. On Confederate memorial; day yes, then the people are ushered in and out as fast as possible. They may decorate the graves at Arlington but other than that is there any notice given to Confederates?
