Thanks Alice. I appreciate the info. I did not know that the CSRs contained some medical records.
I have three tapes from the National Archives that contain the records of Georgia Confederate Soldiers. I have not begin to transcribe the records at this point because I will have to visit a library that has a microfilm reader available and since I do not see well, I hesitate to drive in heavy traffic. However, I will attempt to get a relative to drop me off at the library so I can begin transcription.
