Jamie, back then they were "refugees" and "contrabands", depending on certain characteristics. We may feel at peace here at home; but our young men and women, in large numbers, are at war. The news doesn't say much about it, but it still goes on, and they still die. I don't have to tell you, but we need to remember them.
