Guys, I'm heading for the Chickamauga Battlefield tomorrow. Never been there before. Catch y'all when I get back. Oh yes when I went to Lancaster last month I found out that the famous Jewel Necklace given to Cump Sherman by some African Potentate for his daughter's wedding is still in existence. Sherman had the necklace broken up and divided among his daughters instead of giving it to his eldest. They still exist as rings worn by some of his descendants. One of them worn her ring to a reunion in Lancaster last year. All his descendants are through his daughters, no male issue. One of them a doctor in Scotland is his spitting image. Don't think I will take him to Chickamauga with me..lol.
