Good question, David. I think you might want to distinguish
between direct and indirect benefits and before and after the
WBTS. I suspect there may be different answers for each of the
four combinations of:

Direct benefits before the WBTS
Indirect benefits before the WBTS
Direct benefits after the WBTS
Indirect benefits after the WBTS

I will give some thought to each.
