Pam-
Please let me know if there's anything I can do on my end. The First Georgia Volunteers was specifically raised for service in Pensacola from a request from Secretary of War Leroy P. Walker to Governor Joseph E. Brown. The First was organized in Macon on April 3, 1861, and sent to Pensacola. They served at Fort Barrancas and the Warrington Navy Yard until the first week of June. I can post something for you on my blog "One More Shot".
