David started this thead by pulling up a website about a naval museum and we drifted off into talking about specific battle oriented musems as well. To me, there is a huge difference and I cannot compare the richness of a well stocked museum with a sacred battlefield (with or without museum). It is apples and oranges......both under appreciated by too many Americans.
