Here's one on Bill Clinton, when he was elected president he held a ball, party or something in Little Rock. All the DC folks were flying into the Little Rock International Airport (now the Hil-Billy Int Airport) for the the party. All the Limos were going to travel on a street near the airport named Confederate Blvd enroute to the party. About a week before the planned event Confederate Blvd was renamed something like Springer Blvd for some basically unknown person (I guess). All the Confederate Blvd signs were down and the Springer Blvd signs were up in time for the Washington DC crowd not to see a street named Confederate in Little Rock.
