Jeremiah Brown, 15th NC Infantry, enlisted July 15,1862, first shown present at the Nov/Dec, 1862 muster held December 31and taken place near Fredericksburg, Va. This also shows he was last paid October 31, 1862. There are no prior Company A muster rolls in the files from the date of his enlistment. Therefore, we can assume he was present at Sharpsburg as well as at Fredricksburg.
