Could someone tell just by looking if these men are Confederate or Union? I know most of the Engineer picts were probably Union, but I can't tell by this one and all it says is
"[Petersburg, Virginia. Engineers at H.Q., Army of the Potomac] " Nov. 1864
I also know BOTH sides claimed "Army of the Potomac".
