We have a young man who is working toward becoming an Eagle Scout who needs some assistance in tracing the following South Carolina WBTS veteran:

He is buried in an abandoned cemetery which is being cleaned and restored by a very dedicated young man. If anyone could pass on any information, it will be most gratefully received.
