Just saw your posting. In the CSA Medical Examining Board register in Augusta, GA, on October 8, 1864, S.D.W. Guess, pri, Co. I, 5th SC, Butler's Regt, Post Office:Graham, was given a 30-day furlough, an extension to an original furlough. He was suffering from debility and anemia.

Im sure the initial "W" was in error, and can you tell me where Graham is in SC? I cant find it on the internet.
